 Seven courses on popular financial industry topics have been pre-designed for organizations with limited training budgets. The in-class materials used in the standardized course have already been developed for use with the live training class.
 Survey of the Securities Markets This fundamental course is designed to give people, who are new to the securities industry or have little experience in it, a clear and usable understanding of the fundamental terms, products, investment banking process, trading markets and practices, well-know clearance and settlement procedures and the key participants in the US investment markets. The length of this class varies with the needs of the individual client. This class is offered at an introduction or intermediate level.
 Securities Operations: Trade Clearance and Settlement Following a trade from execution to settlement, this course provides a detailed understanding of the departments and systems involved in what has been traditionally called a brokerage firm's "the back office." Departments and their functions covered include: the order room, purchase & sales, margin department, cashiering, receive & deliver (R&D) stock loan/stock borrow, transfer stock record, accounting, dividend, and proxy. The roles of domestic and international outside organizations such as the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp (DTCC), National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), Fixed Income Clearing Corporation, Omgeo, Clearstream, Euroclear, and Swift. Prime brokerage services and their importance to hedge funds are explained.
 Fundamentals of the Options This class combines lecture and in-class exercises to help attendees gain a clear understanding of calls and puts, the factors that affect their pricing, the risk and reward associated commonly used advanced, the different methods by which they are traded in the US, options legislation, and the important functions of the Options Clearing Corporations (OCC). The fascinating history of this market is woven throughout the class. This class is offered at an introduction or intermediate level.
 Survey of the Fixed Income Markets Starting with a section called "fixed income basics," the first session's objective of this course is to give attendees a solid grounding in the terms, features, concepts, interest rates, and yields that are the foundation upon which to build a working knowledge of the fix income markets. The role of the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) is explained. In following sessions, the course covers specific domestic and international fixed income markets (treasuries, municipal, corporates, mortgage-backed, foreign euros, etc.), providing an in-depth understanding of their distinctive features, risks, rewards, and trading practices and well as their inter-related characteristics.

 Although the content and prices for each of these courses are pre-determined, some customization is possible. Clients may rearrange the course outline or delete topics as their training and informational needs dictate. Topics can be added at a minimal cost increase.
